* 12 Chicken Wings โฃ
* 3 TBSP of Low-Cal Tijuana Hot Sauce โฃ

* 2 large potatoesโฃ
* 1.5 TBSP vegetable oilโฃ

1. Set the oven to 200ยฐC. โฃ
2. To make the wedges: Cut unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Put the oil on a lined baking tray, add the wedges and coat them well. Season with salt & pepper and put in the oven for 55 mins, until crisp and browned.โฃ
3. Take your wings and place them in a large oven proof dish, coat the chicken wings well in Tijuana sauce. Put in the oven for 45 mins until crisp.โฃ
