VEGAN CINNAMON ROLLS

These cinnamon rolls are insanely delicious and even better they are less calories than a traditional cinnamon roll, packed with protein and oh so chocolaty!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* 80g self-raising flour
* 1 Scoop of 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧-𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚
* 130g coconut yoghurt
* 15g coconut sugar
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 10g vegan butter, melted
* 5 Drops of 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬
* 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝
1. Preheat the oven to 180*C and line a baking tray.
2. Stir together the flour and 𝐕𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧-𝐏𝐫𝐨. Now add in the yoghurt and 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐬 and bring to crumbly dough.
3. Tip on to a lightly floured surface and bring together with your hands, kneading for about 1 minute.
4. Roll the dough into a rectangle shape making one end thinner.
5. Stir together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
6. Brush the top of the dough with most of the melted butter and sprinkle over the cinnamon sugar. Using the thinner edge, tightly roll up the cinnamon roll into a log and slice into even slices.
7. Brush with the rest of the melted butter and bake for 16-17 minutes until golden and crisp on the outside and soft in the centre.
8. Once cooked, take out and top with 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐂𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩 and sliced banana!
