DELIVERY INFORMATION
Orders received Monday to Friday before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Delivery charges and methods are calculated at checkout based on order value and delivery location. By default, charges start at £5.99 and all standard delivery methods are FREE for orders over £49.”
Orders placed on a Friday after 2 pm will be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday in cases of bank holidays.
UK Mainland

- FREE Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) on orders over £49
- FREE Express Delivery (next working day) on orders over £59 when placed Monday–Thursday by 2 pm
Next day delivery applies to orders placed by 2 pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will arrive in 1–2 business days. Bank holidays excluded.
UK Offshore (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles):

UK DELIVERY TRACKING
All orders will be dispatched using courier DPD or Amazon Shipping, with each order having its own unique tracking identification number, which will allow the customer to locate their delivery at any stage.
Please make sure the corresponding information that you provide is correct [email/mobile number], as this is what will be used to update you throughout the delivery stage by ourselves and our courier.
EU Countries:
Delivery is FREE on orders over €100, and delivery is within 1-3 working days.
Delivery is €12.95 for orders under €100, and delivery is within 1-3 working days.
When you choose Express delivery by DHL, your order will be sent with the On-Demand Delivery (ODD) Service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery notification from DHL EXPRESS.
DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customise your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.
DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:
· Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
· Deliver my package at a safe place: authorise shipment release to the appointed safe place
· Deliver my package to the neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour's reception or guard specified
· Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
· Request to store my package: vacation hold, safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
· Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery
Europe 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We strive to keep our returns policy as simple and straightforward as possible. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return with our Customer Care Team.
We will not accept the return of products that have been purchased via eBay, Amazon or other online or in-store retailers. Please get in touch with the seller to proceed with the return/refund in this case.
If you changed your mind:
We accept returns, provided they meet all the following criteria:
- The products were bought from www.appliednutrition.uk
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.
- All products must be in a perfect resalable condition.
- The products must be clean, undamaged, unused, unopened, and complete in the original packaging.
- Clothing Range: needs to be returned in pristine condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (clear bag).
- Free items that came with your product also must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If not returned, they will be deducted from the refund amount.
How to return a product within 14 days:
Please ensure your return follows the above criteria. If so, please advise our Customer Service Team about your return by email customer.service@appliednutrition.uk or phone 0300 303 5344.
Please return your parcel via a trustworthy courier service to: Applied Nutrition, Unit 2, Acornfield Road, Knowsley, L33 7UG. Please include the following information on a neatly handwritten or printed paper inside the parcel: order number, full name, address, phone number and e-mail address.
The above steps are necessary to ensure your return will be associated with your order and account. Once we have received your returned parcel and checked that the products are in good order, and provided that the criteria have been followed, we will issue the refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to reach your account. If any omissions have been made, this time frame may be extended.
Order Issues:
All orders are treated with the greatest care during the picking and packing process. Our Distribution Team verifies that the products packed are correct, in good condition, and complete. However, accidents and errors may still occur. If you are experiencing an order issue, please contact our Customer Service Team (customer.service@appliednutrition.uk). They will do everything they can to correct the matter.
Product Exchanges:
Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
